Identified

We are releasing emergency patches in response to the PHP vulnerability (PHP2SHELL) affecting global software applications. The NextGen application will continue to be offline until the patches are complete. Customer will continue to have access to Classic during this time.

Investigating

As of 10/21, the Next Gen version of Magnus is inaccessible for unplanned maintenance. Our development team is actively working to restore Next Gen as soon as possible. Users trying to access Next Gen will be directed back to Classic. All features in Classic should function as expected. We will provide an update here once Next Gen is restored.
